Underdog Player Protection

No underage persons are permitted to participate in sports wagering.  In accordance with the North Carolina State Lottery Commission’s regulations, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account or make any wager on Underdog’s sports wagering platform (the “Platform”). Any person who is found to be under the age of 21 or has allowed someone under the age of 21 to wager on the Platform has committed a criminal offense, shall be prohibited from future use or access to the Platform, and such actions may result in the notification to relevant authorities. To ensure this exclusion, Underdog will request proof of age verification during the registration process. If there is any issue with the initial verification process, you will be required to provide a government-issued ID and additional documents for further verification.

If you know someone under the age of 21 who is registered with us, please contact us immediately at support@underdogsports.com.
